Today a little winter wedding inspiration to set the tone for Christmas, captured by Cecelina Photography
This bundle of elegant Christmas cheer, was put together by multi-talented stylist and designer Charlotte Munro . The traditional backdrop of the 18th-19th century Hendall Manor Barns complemented Charlotte’s modern styling perfectly.
This creative Christmas wedding theme was created by a few of my wedding industry favourites including; hair and make up by Brides and Beauty, hair styling by Amanda White,. With fresh white roses and pine cone accents and gorgeous pussy willows (yes, really!) by Blue Sky Flowers.
Christmas weddings are becoming ever more popular and I wanted to create a shoot to inspire brides and show that you can have a winter wedding that is full of warmth and light, even in the darkest months. Charlotte Munro, Stylist
I love the exposed stone brick walls against the soft fluid tulles of Charlotte’s fashion forward wedding dresses. The subtle styling touches, such as the frosting on the pine cones and biscuits are elegant examples of simple, yet effective ways to inject warmth, style and a touch of winter to your winter wedding theme.
Charlotte goes on to say:
For the styling, I wanted to create a look that was simple and traditional with a main focus on beautiful details and Christmas colours. We were very lucky to be able to work with the most beautifully restored barns at Hendall, with their high ceilings and stunning stone-work, it leant a warm, rustic feel and made the perfect backdrop for all our work.
Liz at Blue Sky Flowers really pulled out all the stops and created stunning bouquets and arrangements full of red, gold and my favourite, pussy willow.
Joyce and Amanda worked tirelessly to create some beautiful hair and makeup looks, and our models were true heroes and posed despite the December cold!
Finally Cecelina brought our hard work to life in her stunning images. All in all our suppliers worked together to achieve a truly fun, Christmas feel which I think brides will love.
