Urban Cinematography is a Bespoke wedding videography company run by a highly creative duo, passionate about filming. Our work as Cinematographers and Filmmakers has taken us across the globe filming weddings, events and films. We work with some of the best wedding & event planners in Europe and America.
We keep up to date with all the latest equipment and we pride ourself on our work ethic and getting to know our clients before their wedding, Our work has been featured in numerous blogs and editorials around the world like Hello!
Magazine, Vogue, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style and Nu Bride. As industry experts everything we do is carried out to the highest standards of creativity and individual care. Consequently, we limit the amount of work we take on to ensure each film receives the personal attention required.
Through a conscious decision we remain small because we always film and edit all the films ourselves, we never outsource our work.
Our work Ethos is very strong, we give our all to our clients and our projects and remain true to our values thus giving our clients honest, touching, emotional memories to keep through our films for future generations to enjoy. Family history is captured at the point of new beginnings. We love to pass on our passion and enthusiasm for what we do.
Jo & Apos Love…
We enjoy our family life together, but as we work together 24/7, it’s also important that we enjoy personal hobbies.
Apos is a natural fish and enjoys anything to do with the the sea and swimming as he was brought up in Greece beach life is a natural part of his make up, he is also a fanatical kitesurfer and a member of the British and Greek Kitesurf Association. Apos also enjoys filming & directing even in his spare time away from anything work related and has many projects on the go at any one time.
As for myself, Jo, I absolutely adore being in my garden with my little boy digging and planting new things we have grown from seeds together. I also enjoy entertaining and cooking for friends, my other passion in life is up-cycling old things I find in junk shops and charity shops (much to the dismay of my wonderful husband), who has to put up with my collecting!
