I asked the team at Entertainment Nation to introduce themselves and share a few of their top wedding tips, to help you along your wedding planning way. Discover more!
Getting to know you
We’re the UK’s most exciting wedding entertainment agency. Our expertise in wedding party planning stems from our founders’ background as professional musicians and their passion for live performance. We spend time getting to know the happy couples we work with, so they receive the wedding entertainment that perfectly complements the theme and style of their big day.
When was your business founded and what was the inspiration in getting started?
Entertainment Nation was established by professional musicians who felt they could offer something different to entertainment agencies already out there. Our founders made it their mission to avoid the pitfalls they’d experienced when working in the entertainment industry as performers for the benefit of both couples and musicians. We’re committed to doing things the right way and helping to take the stress out of hiring live entertainment for happy couples everywhere.
Where is your business based?
We’re based in the leafy outskirts of Stratford-Upon-Avon, but we supply wedding entertainment throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
One common mistake couples should avoid when choosing a wedding supplier?
Always make sure you’ve checked whether your venue has any restrictions on live performance before you hire your wedding entertainment. This way you’ll avoid any unexpected issues on the big day itself and can concentrate on enjoying your celebration.
One top tip to share with couples planning their wedding day?
If you find your perfect wedding entertainment band, get them booked up ASAP! The top-selling bands on our books are often booked months and years in advance, so avoid the disappointment of missing out on your favourite band and hire them early. Another advantage of hiring early is that you’ll pay this year’s rates, rather than the inflated rates of the future, bagging yourself a bargain as well as a brilliant band!
