Happy Valentines Day Beautiful!
Well. It’s here! The new Nu Bride.
So thrilled to finally be able to reveal the new look with you, I feel like I’ve been in labour for 3 months! I know more now about technical jargon like; wordmarks and feature sliders than ever before!
I must say a huge thank you to Polly at The Typeface Group | Typeface Creative for developing the new brand, website and for her patience with my indecision and hundreds of emails! Standing ovation for you Polly.
Apart from the swanking new logo and design, I’d like to introduce you to a couple of new additions to Nu Bride;
Nu Bride’s Little Red Book brings together quality suppliers under one roof which should hopefully make choosing your suppliers just that little bit easier. I decided to create a directory, as one of the most common queries I get asked by readers, is “can you recommend a wedding industry business.”
The New Collections feature is a designated area to see all of the latest wedding dress collections from some of the industries finest designers.
Another new area to draw your attention to is the “Ask Nu Bride” facility (keeping my little Nu Bride mascot) for any burning planning questions or concerns. Plus the new ‘services’ tab outlines some of the services I provide within the industry, including coaching, wedding expert facilities such as public speaking and bridal Q&A’s.
For quality wedding businesses, there are now sponsorship opportunities available on Nu Bride.
The site is brand spanking new, so no doubt will have a few teething problems along the way. If so, please bear with me during this transition and if you notice any teething problems that I haven’t, please do drop me an email and let me know!
So, to round up. The content on Nu Bride will remain just as it has always been, but better.
Nu Bride’s ethos remains the same; to provide lots of gorgeous inspiration. From; more real weddings, to introducing you to fantastic suppliers. From competitions to cheeky ramblings and planning advice. I will continue to raise awareness and work towards encouraging a more inclusive UK wedding industry, always; where possible, showcasing beautiful ethnic diversity. We are all beautiful, we all matter!
All of this, just with a prettier and slightly more sophisticated looking blog, I really hope you like it!
As ever, an abundance of love for following Nu Bride. Please continue to share, like and love!
Pssst. Nu Bride is almost at 3000 followers on Twitter and I am offering a rather special GIFT to my 3000th follower! It could be you, so please don’t forget to follow and share via twitter.
Happy Valentines Day!
